What people ask us most

Do I need to know how to code or be a data scientist?

No. You connect your data, choose what you want to predict and AIR-Core tries and tunes the algorithms for you. Everything happens in the browser. If you do code, there is also a REST API and a Python SDK.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union. Your database credentials and API keys are stored encrypted.

Do you use my data to train AI models?

No. Your data is yours and we only process it to provide the service. AIR-Core's AI runs in the European Union, and requests are neither kept nor used to train models.

Which AI model does the assistant use?

Claude (Anthropic), in the European Union. You can also use your own key from Mistral AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq or any provider compatible with the OpenAI API.

Can I start for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes 2 users, 3 data sources, 100 MB and 1 dashboard. The platform's generative AI is in the paid plans; on the Free plan you can use it with your own key. Free accounts not used for 12 months are deactivated, always with prior notice.

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to applications and data. AIR-Core includes an MCP server: you add it as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another compatible client, and your assistant can look up your sources, use your models and create dashboards. It is available from the Starter plan.

Is it safe to connect my AI assistant?

Yes. You authorize the connection from your account (OAuth) and choose whether the assistant can only read or also create; it can never do more than you can. The MCP server has no delete tools, every call is logged in the AI Activity and you can revoke access whenever you like. Bear in mind that the data the assistant obtains is sent to its provider, under your contract with them.

Can it be installed on our own servers?

Yes. With the Enterprise plan we offer on-premises installation, a dedicated database, your own domain and branding, and a service level agreement. More about iCore.

Can I export my data and leave?

Yes, whenever you like and at no cost. Your data and results remain yours.
