1. What they are and who uses them
Cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) are files or data that a site stores in your browser to remember information. They are used by the INSTITUTO INTERNACIONAL DE INVESTIGACIÓN EN INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL Y CIENCIAS DE LA COMPUTACIÓN (AIR Institute), owner of AIR-Core, on:
- https://app.air-core.io (the application);
- https://air-core.io (the information website).
Some are set by third parties, which are shown in the table.
2. How to manage them
- First visit: a notice lets you accept all, reject all or configure them by category.
- Changing your mind: you can do so at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or in your account menu.
- Renewal: we will ask you again after 12 months or if the cookies we use change.
- Browser: you can also delete or block them in its settings. If you block the technical ones, you will not be able to log in.
Technical cookies and the preference cookies you choose are exempt from consent (LSSI-CE art. 22.2) and are always set. The others are set only if you accept them.

The controller of these statistics is the organization that owns the dashboard. AIR-Core only loads the tool if you accept it in the notice on the dashboard itself.

If you reject them, you will see a box with a “Load content from X” button instead.
3.5. Other domains
When you log in with Google or GitHub you go to their sites, which apply their own cookies and policies. AIR-Core neither sets nor accesses them.
4. Cookies of the information website (air-core.io)
The information website https://air-core.io is a static site. It sets no cookies and does not use localStorage or other storage technologies in your browser, loads no third-party resources (fonts, analytics, maps, videos or social networks) and contains no analytics or advertising tools.
That is why the information website shows no cookie notice: there is nothing to accept or reject. If cookies requiring consent are added in the future, consent will be requested before setting them and this policy will be updated.
6. Changes
We will update this policy when the cookies change. If those that require consent change, we will ask you again.
