You pay for 10 months and enjoy 12: two months free. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and you can cancel the renewal whenever you like from Organization → Billing.
They measure the computing time of the processes AIR-Core runs for you, such as training models or importing and updating sources. If you run short, you can add 100 hours for €10.
They are the balance that pays for using AIR-Core's AI (Claude on Amazon Bedrock, in the EU). Paid plans include a monthly amount that renews every month and does not carry over. If you need more, you can top up from €10.
You can use your own key (BYOK) from Mistral AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq or another compatible provider. With it, AIR-Core charges you nothing for AI: the provider bills you directly under your contract with them.
Yes. If you upgrade, the change is immediate and you pay the prorated part of the current period. If you downgrade, the change applies at the start of the next period.
Only for objective reasons, such as changes in the costs of the cloud or AI models. We will give you at least 30 days' notice and the change never affects periods already paid. If you don't agree, you can cancel beforehand without penalty.
If it isn't used for 12 months, it is deactivated after two email reminders. You can export your data at any time.
