"What can I do with my sales source?"
Claude and ChatGPT
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to AIR-Core
Work with your data from your AI assistant: ask in your language and your assistant queries your sources, trains and explains models, forecasts series and builds dashboards.
What it can do
Examples of what you can ask and the tool that does it:
"How much did we sell by region last quarter and how does it compare with the previous one?"
"Train a model that predicts which customers will churn and explain what weighs most."
"Forecast the sales of the next 12 weeks."
"Build a dashboard with this source."

The tools, by group
Each tool states whether it only reads or creates something new. None deletes or overwrites, and none asks for credentials or creates public links.
Data sources
See your sources and their structure, query rows with filters, compute exact figures over all the records and create derived sources.
Metrics
Your organization's metric dictionary, their current value, why they change and the briefing of the ones you follow.
Recommendations and tasks
What can be predicted or done with a source, at no cost and without sending your data to any AI, and the status of long tasks.
AI models and forecasts
Train and evaluate models, predict, explain each prediction and forecast time series.
Visualizations and dashboards
Create private visualizations and dashboards, build a complete one from a source and clone them.
Alerts
Create alerts on your data and review when they fired.
Governance, collaboration and value
Your organization's AI data policy, the register of AI systems, comments and annotations, and the value report.
Your data and security
- Your identity and your permissions. You sign in with OAuth 2.1 and choose the organization and whether the assistant only reads or also creates. It can never do more than you can.
- What the assistant receives. It depends on the assistant you connect and on your organization's AI data policy. If you connect an assistant from a provider outside the EU, you are the one who chooses where those answers are processed.
- Your organization's control. The policy sets whether an AI may see only the structure of the data, also totals computed by AIR-Core, or rows too. You can read it with the get_ai_policy tool.
- Everything is recorded. Every call appears in your organization's AI activity, with the tool, the user and the result, without keeping the content of your conversation.
- Disconnect whenever you want. Revoke the authorization in your account and access ends at once.
- Where your data is in AIR-Core. AIR-Core keeps your data on EU infrastructure. What happens to the answers once delivered to the assistant depends on the assistant, as explained above.

Frequently asked questions
What data does my assistant receive?
What you ask for: the answers of the tools the assistant calls with your permission (for example the structure of a source, some figures or some rows). The provider of the assistant you connected processes that data under your relationship with it, and it may be outside the EU. You choose which assistant to connect to AIR-Core, and your organization decides which level of data an AI may see (structure only, structure and totals, or rows too) in its AI data policy.
How much does it cost?
The connection is available from the Starter plan. The tools that use AIR-Core's AI and have a cost are not part of the directory connection.
Can my assistant delete anything?
No. The server has no delete or overwrite tools. It can only create new items, always private, and only with the permissions you grant.
How do I disconnect my assistant?
In AIR-Core, in your account, section "Applications", revoke the authorization. It stops working at once. You can also remove the connector from your assistant.
Do I need an AIR-Core account?
Yes. You sign in to AIR-Core when your assistant asks and choose the organization it gets access to. The assistant always acts with your identity.
